Primary Job Description
Conduct detailed fundamental analysis of the assigned sectors/companies and generate investment ideas mainly for clients.
Write research reports for initiating coverage, earnings updates, analysis of data,and industry news on a timely basis both in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Develop and maintain relationships with investor relations personnel and management of companies under coverage.
Present the research materials in seminars, or face-to-face to both retail and institutional investors on different occasions.
Work closely with other divisions in the company and in projects where research can participate.

Requirements
Graduate from reputable university, preferably from economicor finance major
Experience in the capital market as an analyst (min. 2 – 3 years)
Excellent analytical skill with strong knowledge in finance
Leadership skill or previous experience in leading a small team is a plus
Having WPPE and/or WMI license is a plus
Thorough understanding of various company and equity valuation methods
Should be confident, hard-working, result-oriented and a good team player
Excellent communications skills (both written and oral English)
Able to present on a live stage to a crowd and face-to-face with institutional investors
Passionate about fundamental analysis and the capital market, but also have some knowledge of technical analysis.
