Application Support Engineer – Sahabat Utama – Jakarta Barat

Job Description :

Provide application system support and assistance through helpdesk system, remote support, phone call, live chat or e-mail.
Investigation, troubleshooting and analytical work to resolve users’ queries and customer disputes
Process automation, scheduling, monitoring and maintenance work to ensure application in good health
Provide work around solution when the problem arises
Manage and track application defects to ensure their resolution in new software release
Provide regular report on registered incident and defect.
Provide appropriate documentation on all issues and solutions
Provide after office hour application support when necessary
Occasional development work for internal work request.

Requirement :

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or equivalent, with min 3 years of relevant working experience.
Strong SQL and database operation knowledge
Familiar with Unix/Linux shell scripting
Familiar with various operating systems : Windows, Linux, iOS and Android operating system
Experience with mobile application development would be preferred.
Good analytical and problem solving skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Positive thinking and keeping up-to-date with current technologies.
Able to work independently and in team
Able to work in fast paced environment
