SUPERVISOR GA

Requirements:

Male, age max 30 years old
Min. Diploma or Bachelor Degree (S1) any program from reputable university
Min 3 year experience in the related field is required for this position
Good Communication and service orientation
Good analytical thinking, problem solving oriented and decision making
Prepared budgets and policies (SOP) regarding general affairs scope
High level to operate computer: Ms. Office, Autocad, Visio, etc
Handling management of the company facilities, assets management, and sub ordinates i.e : receptionist,messengers, office boy/girl
Monitoring  General Services such as operational and driver schedule
Monitoring & controlling budget for using all G.A expense
Manage Responsible for fulfillment of office facilities
Ensure workplace health and safety requirement are met and take responsibility for the security of the building
Attention to detail
Able to work together in teams and individually
Proactive and able to work under pressure environment and tight constrains
Perform other job related duties as assigned by management
