Key Ends Results Area (KERA) 6 Salary and employee benefits administration Indicators for success To manage payroll for Plan Indonesia staff, To manage salary notice if needed, To administer BPJS and health insurance, To manage termination payment, To work in a close relationship with Finance Department in preparing, calculating, reporting tax for all staff to Directorate General of Taxes
Key Ends Results Area (KERA) 7 Human Resource Monitoring Indicators for successTo monitor number of HR-1, HR-3, HR-4, and employee contract status , To monitor PU/FAU/CO compliance with established personnel administration practices, To monitor HR budget realization (salary and benefits)
Requirements: Education: Bachelor Degree in Psychology, economy or Social Science
Training, Skill and Knowledge Computer , Written communication, Managerial, Interpersonal relation, Accounting Accuracy in figures, Filing, Fluent in Indonesian and English (oral and written) Knowledge: Accounting Principles, Indonesian tax and labor laws
Range salary : IDR 5 891 0000 – 8 400 000
