PERSONAL ASSISTANT

Responsibilities include BUT ARE NOT limited to:

Oversee personal and professional calendars; arrange meetings and appointments

Screening telephone calls and handling inquiries
Dealing with letters and emails
Working with the director, developing proposals,materials and PowerPoint presentations for meetings
Arranging meetings
Organizing and maintaining office systems
Taking notes/minutes at meetings
Making travel arrangements
Looking after visitors
Attending events/meetings and standing in for the director in their absence
Acting as office manager and supervising other administrative staff
Dealing with accounts and budgets
Taking on project work, such as internet research or writing reports

Skills and Interest:

Excellent organizational skills
Good written and spoken communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
Accuracy and attention to detail
A calm and professional manner
An ability to carry out several tasks at the same time
Excellent computer and administration skills
A flexible and adaptable approach to work
The ability to use your own initiative
Tact and discretion, for dealing with confidential information.

Requirements:

Meticulously detail-oriented and deadline-driven
Maximum age of 30 years
Minimum of 2 years experiences in administrative and/or secretarial work
S1 degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or English
Available to work flexible hours and to be accessible 24/7
