Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Other duties may be assigned. middot; Assist in replacement of bridge timbers middot; Remove steel rivets with pneumatic tool middot; Tighten structural steel bolts with impact wrench middot; Remove existing structural steel with oxygen and acetylene torch middot; Drill holes in existing or new structural steel with magnetic drill middot; Drill holes in existing or new timber with frac12;rdquo; Electric or Hydraulic Drill middot; Hang scaffolding middot; Work at heights while utilizing lineman equipment middot; Ascend and descend slopes with rough terrain middot; Drive spikes and drive pins with maul middot; Dig using hand shovel middot; Operate frac12;rdquo; drill and generator, impact wrench, pneumatic tools, hydraulic tools, and chain saw middot; Use lineman gear, D-handle spade (shovel), sharp shooter (shovel), crow bar, and pry bar middot; Excavate holes 6rdquo; to 3rsquo; in depth middot; Climb wooden trestles with linemanrsquo;s gear, plugging 3/8rdquo; holes with wooden dowels while climbing middot; Using a frac12;rdquo; drill ndash; bore 3/8rdquo; x 12rdquo; holes, inject liquid wood preservative into 3/8rdquo; pre-drilled holes while climbing middot; Operate frac12;rdquo; drill and generator and use the following tools: 2 frac12; lb. hammer, lineman gear, D-handle spade (shovel), sharp shooter (shovel), crow bar, and pry bar. middot; Work at heights while utilizing lineman equipment middot; Ascend and descend slopes with rough terrain
