We are looking for someone with a solid background in the Tets Engineer and who is willing to work in Bintan Island. You will be a valuable to supports engineering projects by adapting and applying engineering techniques; conducting tests and inspections; preparing reports and calculations for our client – Our Client is a large electronic manufacturing company in Bintan Island.

Responsibilities:

– Determines engineering requirements by conducting inspections and analytical tests; analyzing and synthesizing data; maintaining control charts; determining root causes; preparing bid specifications;

– Resolves engineering problems by collecting and analyzing information; researching, analyzing, adapting, and modifying engineering techniques; recommending solutions; preparing drawings, schematics, and diagrams; evaluating components, materials, and suppliers; resolving design integration issues; developing specifications and safety standards; performing installations;

– Maintains project team accomplishments by communicating essential information; coordinating actions; obtaining expert input; reviewing open issues and action items; contributing information to team meetings and reports; escalating project completion impediments;

– Ensures operation of analytical equipment by calibrating equipment; completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer’s instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs;

– Verifies engineering applications by conducting tests and inspections; building and analyzing models and simulations; conducting laboratory experiments and measurements.

Requirements:

– We are looking someone stay in Riau Islands province – preferably in Batam area;

– At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing company or related field;

– Diploma (D3) or Bachelor degree (S1) in Electrical, Mechatronics or related Engineering field;

– Excellent communication and leadership skills, fluent in English both oral and written;

– Posses knowledge in SPC, IPC, six sigma, RCCA;

– Experience in direct lease with customers & tester suppliers;

– Good knowledge in ICT machines and program such as gendrad, agilent, flying probe and Marconi tester program;

– Good knowledge in CCA analyzing debugging process;

– Having knowledge and understand manufacturing electronic assembly (SMT, Wave, and back end process) is an advantage;

– Ready to start work and willing to be relocated on site in Bintan Island.
