TREASURY & COMMERCIAL FUNCTIONS

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

Age: 40 to 45 years.
S1/S2 in Accounting in Reputable University (State or Private University)
GPA (IPK): 3.0
Good command in oral and written English.
Experience: minimum 15 years of relevant experience of dealing with Fund Management, Treasury Functions and Commercial Functions like Shipping and Debtors Management.
Reporting to Finance and Accounts Head.
Posting in Kendal/Semarang, Central Java.

JOB DETAILS

Management of the Treasury and Budgetary Controls on weekly and monthly cash & fund plans. Monitoring the Actual vs. Budget.
Monitoring the Bank Accounts and preparation of the Bank Reconciliations.
Receivables accounts management and control.
Monitoring and controlling the payments to Suppliers and the Trade Payables accounts.
L/C opening verification and authorization for imports and exports.
Exports Commercial activities including Control of Shipping Rates and the negotiation on Shipping and Transport charges.
Other related commercial functions.
