Training Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Analysis, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluate all Learning & Development solutions to help Sales Force exceed sales target and become more competitive in the market.
Set and propose annual training program plan and annual training budget.
Assisting recruitment process of new employees for Sales & Marketing Department.
Monitor, review, and report on all marketing activity and services of competitors.

Requirements:

Male/Female, max. age 35 years old.
Bachelor’s degree in any field from reputable University.
At least 1 years working experience in air-conditioner industry and sales force training area.
Fluent English abilities both in writting and speaking.Basic Chinese abilities in speaking.
Good looking, creative, intelligent, patient, pro-active & loyal, organized.
Customer Service Oriented, target oriented and able to work under pressure and meet project timeline.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Able to communicate effectively with different levels of staff.
Willing to travelling for conduct training program.
