Job Description:

Acquire new business opportunity with new partner with major focus
Responsible for business development process, such as perform market research and analysis, propose global project management policy.
Develop Business Development proposal and propose financing plan
Monitor and evaluate the implementation of the business development proposal and recommend improvement action
Able to manage good relationship with new clients and existing clients
Manage sales and marketing team

Requirements :

Candidate must possess business administration Bachelor degree
Minimum 1 year in Strategic Planning or business development area
Minimum 4 year(s) experience in sales and marketing manager
Minimum 1 year experience in advertising or public relation agency
Good interpersonal skills, presentation skills, and negotiation skills
Initiative and have good ability in leadership, managerial, relation building skill and Character
Excellent communication skills in English both oral and written
