Geodetic Engineer (Code : GE)

Requirements

Male with the maximum age of 27 years old
Minimum Bachelor (S1) holder in Geodetic Engineering from a  leading university with accreditation A.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field.
Professional and able to organize of gathering physical data of surface of the earth with the use of precision instruments.
Able to implement Field Engineering, able to do the scientific and methodical processing of the data of measurement and presenting them on graphs, plans, maps, charts or documents.
Have a good understanding of geospatial, topography and photogrammetry.

Structure Engineer (Code : SE)

Requirements

Male / Female with the maximum age of 27 years old.
Minimum Bachelor (S1) holder in Civil Engineering (Structur Engineering), from a leading university with accreditation A.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field, fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
Have a good knowledge (basic) of analysis and design of structure.
Operating knowledge of SAP/ETABS and Autocad/Autodesk.

Highway and Traffic Engineer (Code : HTE)

Requirements

Male / Female with the maximum age of 27 years old.
Minimum Bachelor (S1) holder in Civil Engineering (Transportation Engineering), from a leading university with accreditation A.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field, fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
Have a good knowledge (basic) of analyze the survey data field, other data such as the type and volume of traffic and setting up detailed design.
Familiar with SAP/ETABS and Autocad/Autodesk is favorable.

Draftsman (Code : DR)

Requirements

Male with the maximum age of 24 years old.
Education :
Diploma (D3) holder in Civil Engineering from reputable academy with accreditation A.
High School (SMA/SMK) from a reputable vocational school accreditatio A.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field, fresh graduate are encourage to apply (D3).
Minimum 4 years of experience in the same field (SMA/SMK).
Able to make a sketch drawing and have a good drawing skills n two or three-dimensional image using AutoCAD.
Operating knowledge of land desktod.

Public Relation Staff (Code : PR)

Requirements

Male / Female with the maximum age of 27 years old.
Minimum Bachelor (S1) holder in Public Relation or Communication or related science from a leding university with accreditation A.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field, fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
Have a good knowledge (basic) of mass communication, public policy analysis and documentation.
Ability to interpret, approach, presenting the dynamics of the organization’s environment.
Fluent in command English both written and spoken.
Good looking, polite, persuasive and confident.
Preferably single/not married.

Human Capital and General Affair Staff (Code : HCGA)

Requirements

Male with the maximum age of 27 years old.
Minimum Bachelor (S1) holder in Human Resources Management or related science from a leading university with accreditation A.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field. Previous experience in construction industry will be highly prioritized (fresh graduate are encourage to apply).
Have a good knowledge (basic) of human resource management, general affair and documentation management.
Reliable in running the software and hardware in the governance of human resources and office
Able to build good relationships and establish both internal and external network to the organization.
Fluent in command English both written and spoken.
Good looking, polite, persuasive and confident.
Preferably single/not married.

Legal Staff (Code : LG)

Requirements

Male with the maximum age of 27 years old.
Minimum Bachelor (S1) holder in Legal (Civil Law), from a leading university with accreditation A.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field, fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
Have a good knowledge (basic) of legal and litigation field.
Able to build good relationships and establish both internal and external network to the organization.
Fluent in command English both written and spoken.
Good looking, polite, persuasive and confident.
Preferably single/not married.

Information Technology Officer (Code : IT)

Requirements

Male/Female with the maximum age of 30 years old.
Minimum Bachelor (S1) holder in Computer Science or Information Technology or related science from a leading university with accreditation A.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the same field,
Have a good knowledge of the concept of integrated information systems, procedures, data processing network and office automatio.
Strong understanding of information technology office, both software and hardware
Technical skills in operating system and office softwares.

General Requirements

Minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.00 (on a 4-point scale);
Highly motivated, willing to learn, adaptable, good personality, high integrity, and good customer focus;
Able to work under pressure and overtime.
Willing to travelling or to be assigned in Sumatera.
Have a good health (physical and mental).
Good team work, excellent communication skills, precision and meticulous in their work.
Fluent in command English both written and spoken.
For the position A, B, C, and D preferably having a certificate of profession who are members of a professional association for the field / Indonesian Engineers Association (PII) / equivalent
