PROJECT MANAGER

Manage clients’ expectations successfully and strive for professionalism.
Take initiative to approach clients on interactive ideas and innovations through Account Executive
Create Statement of Work, prepare cost quotation and schedule change management.
Be responsible and responsive to client or through Account Executive
Manage digital based projects (includes online/web, mobile apps, and social media).
Creates and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
Manages Project Risks
Identifies and assigns individual responsibilities: Production team
Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
Review and apply Quality Assurance for deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
Ensure project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree, in Information Technology, Computer Science, and Information Sysyem. Desirable : International gradute is preferred.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Strong understanding of solution architecture and online user experience.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Strong industry knowledge surrounding digital media industry.
Pro-active and passionate about digital media initiative.
Ability to work independently and among teams.
Ability to work on deadlines and under pressure.
Ability to perform due diligence and standard admin.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Bahasa Indonesia). English is a must.
