SEEKING A HIGHLY MOTIVATED PROFESSIONAL FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITION:
PRODUCT SPECIALIST ASSISTANT – JAKARTA RAYA
Responsibilities:
Responsible for all the products within the company’s distribution – in terms of knowledge and maintenance
Monitoring all aspects of a product lifecycle
Repairing products or providing services by clarifying the customers’ complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem
Maintaining quality check over the products
Providing warranty cards for company’s products
Assisting in new products introduction and release activities
Requirements:
Minimum S1
Have a strong sense of product knowledge
Familiar with watches (TECHNICAL)
Have interests towards watches
Young, creative and highly motivated
Maximum 25 years old
Fresh graduate with no experience are also welcome
