Job Description

Title: Marketing & Sales Assistant Manager

Reports to: College Director

Job purpose:

Overall responsibility to develop marketing strategies to support the marketing target audience and drive initiatives to support sales

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

Leads, develops, coaches, trains and maintains a team of Education Consultants, responsible for maximizing new business volume.
Achieve quarterly targets set by management and generate ideas for more sales
Actively explore business opportunities and expand market share
Establish and build long term relationship with clients

Requirements:

Degree in Business or Sales & Marketing with minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Proven track record in developing effective marketing campaigns that meet marketing and sales objectives
Experience in internet marketing is an added advantage
Excellent communication skills, outgoing personality
Good business contacts
English is A Must.

KPIs:

To plan and execute marketing plans and campaigns within the budget set aside
To achieve 70% of the target set per quarter
To motivate his/her team of Education Consultants to meet 70% of their individual targets
Plan and organize as well as assist in school promotional activities (Open House, Trade Shows, Education Fairs, etc.) both in and out of normal school hours
