Responsibilities :

Plan marketing and branding objectives.
Prepare marketing strategies alongside other company executives and staff.
Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
Oversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
Develop and lead a marketing team that will develop and execute new concepts, business models, channels and partners to position business as innovator and leader.
Review financial statements, and store sales reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.
Establish and implement marketing and operational policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with board members, organization officials, and staff members as necessary.
Highly responsible to drive and ensure the effectiveness of implementation of programs at all outlets.
Monitor outlet operational/sales performance and sales
Determine products/menus to be sold and programs to be implemented, and set prices, based on forecasts of customer demand.

Job Requirements:

Male or female max. 35 years of age,
Bachelor Degree any major
At least 5-years experience in related field is required for this position (Preferably in Food and Beverages)
Able to operate of MS OFFICE 2007 (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Power Point)
Able to relate, communicate, present, and negotiate
Able to work under pressure with full responsibility and multitasking
Have good ideas, insight, and great initiative
Good leadership, good analyze, integrity, and honest
Loyal, hard worker, and highly motivated
Able to coordinate all operational activities of food and beverages (restaurant, cafe)
English capability is a must.
Willing to work in Pluit (North Jakarta)
