MARKETING MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES :
§ Responsible for implementing concept of corporate marketing development and project management.
§ Achieve yearly sales and gross profit objectives of markets assigned
§ Monitor & control selling activities, order developments, pricing strategies & payments, with the ultimate view of shortening sales cycle leading to sales closure
§ Responsible for managing budgets and analyzing variances
§ Integrate with Sales Division to transform marketing strategy into actionable Sales Plan to support company long term and short term objective
§ Identify sales opportunities via details analysis (sales data, market information and marketing survey) to develop consumer focus/trade/channel promotion with the target to drive higher volume sales.
§ Provide strategic leadership to the sales team in developing responsive marketing and leasing strategies, planning and executing marketing/leasing plans to achieve optimized sales/leasing results.
REQUIREMENT :
§ Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Business/Administration/ Management/ Marketing or equivalent combination Sales & Marketing.
§ Min. 5 years of experience for managerial level in marketing & Sales
§ Preferably has experience in Ceramics/ Sanitary/ Wallpaper/ Material Building industry
§ Passionate individual willing to work in dynamic and demanding start up environment
§ A target driven, self-starter with a consultative sales development style
§ Leadership and interpersonal skills capabilities in building strong working relationships with clients.
