Marketing Head
Responsibilities
This position is for someone who is well versed in online marketing for Indonesian fashion market. You must be knowledgeable in launching marketing campaign (online/offline) as well as formulating strategies and planning.
You will have total freedom to express your idea without red tapes to manage and build an online fashion marketplace from the grounds up
You will be working directly with founder / CEO
You will also be managing a marketing team to assist you in executing your vision
This is a full time position in Jakarta, Indonesia. Competitive salary, generous benefits
Requirements
Prefer someone who has interests in fashion, but not required
Must have at least three years experience in marketing
Must be passionate about technology startup and e commerce
Must have experience in digital campaign, e commerce and willing to work in startup environment
Managing social media accounts (Instagram, facebook, twitter, path, etc)
Responsible for users’ acquisition, marketing/campaign strategies, and other marketing related activities (content curation, SEO, etc)
Have an awesome personality, be able to communicate and work well with colleagues and customers
Work well with minimum supervision
Creative thinking, Intelligent, motivated, fast learner, willing to learn, and self driven to achieve success
Willingness to work beyond the work scope as needed
