Lead, direct & control all marketing activities including brand strategy, 360 marketing channel planning, creative execution and marketing campaign
Lead, direct & control all sales activities including establishing target, product mix and business development
Organizes and controls implementation of marketing and sales tactics both offline and online/digital channels
Monitor performance of the organization against the goals
Lead, direct, evaluate and develop sales and marketing team

Syarat Pekerjaan
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in sales/marketing in startup, fintech, telecommunication, or technology field
Experienced in building marketing plan, executing communication and business strategy (especially in Brand Marketing)
Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
Willing to move to Yogyakarta
