Responsibilities
Develop lifecycle marketing strategies for our customers including on-boarding, engagement, and re-engagement programs
Set specific marketing strategies to engage and retain customers
Network and build trusting relationships with customers
Partner with the sales and customer success team to develop a database of customers to participate in other external endorsements
Write stories, briefs, presentations and create storyboards for the creation of external and internal facing stories in multiple formats
Gather customer feedback to inform marketing, sales, customer success, and product teams
Provide marketing support for customer-facing business and performance reviews through templates and custom deliverables
Analyze customer engagement and product usage benchmarks to identify and assess churn risk
Support upsell opportunities for existing clients
Requirements
3-5 years relevant experience
Up to 20% travel
