Job Description:
Monitor Customer Satisfaction Survey operation under his/her dealer area
Analyze Customer Satisfaction Survey results to identifies common weakness in his/her area
Conduct dealer assessment to check dealer compliance of Nissan Sales & Service Way or Datsun Purchase & Service Way
Support dealer improvement activities in order to increase Nissan or Datsun Customer Satisfaction
Requirements:
Bachelor degree majoring in Engineering or Statistic from reputable university with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
Male/female, age 21-35 years old
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Have a good interpersonal relationship, good communication skill, strong negotiation skill, able to work in team, customer satisfaction minded
Fluent in English (both oral and written)
Computer literate, fast learner, can work under pressure, available to work overtime, hard worker, and has interest in automotive
