StaFF Finance – Jambi – Kehijau Berbak

Position Aims
· Provide high-quality financial and administrative support to programs
· Ensure the financial integrity of the organisation

Roles and Responsibilities
1. Ensuring an adequate treasury. This includes
a. Weekly prepare and update cash flows forecast and arrange petty cash requirements
b. Monthly prepare cash flow forecasts over the local office administration
c. Assuring at the time sufficient balance in the bank account
d. Control of cash transaction in jambi
e. Undertake cash transaction to Jambi
f. Control of expenditure within the budget
g. Tax management and planning
2. Ensuring adequate accounting .
a. Verification of all invoices prior to payment
b. Preparing vouchers as required , and have them signed for approval
c. Enter all transactions in the Budget Control System
d. Reconciling monthly expenditure
3. Ensuring adequate filling
a. Proposing filling system for the programme
b. Keeping state of the art files with hard copies and soft copies
4. In consultation with the Procurement expert , keep an updated inventory list
5. Performing any other duties

Selection Criteria
· Indonesian nationality
· Domicile in Jambi
· Good verbal and written commend of the Indonesian and English language
· S1/D3 accountancy with at least 3 year experience in finance and administration
· Good knowledge of Personnel Income Tax, Withholding Tax and Value Added Tax
· Extensive experience with office software
· Advance bookkeeping
· Open minded with an ability to work across cultures
· Excellent time management skills
