Site Account Manager – Outotec – Jakarta, ID

As Site Account Manager (Indonesia), You Will
Drive site level account planning and implementation (strategy, relationship, sales roadmap and plan, as well as sales funnel development across all Outotec offerings)
Conduct continuous business analysis by using external and internal data (like CRM and SAP) and define site level budgets and forecasts
Analyse and determine the most crucial needs of key customers, and engage all necessary internal support to provide outstanding customer service levels.
Ensure seamless co-operation with customer and Outotec functions.
Be ultimately responsible for Outotec business development, with the objective to enhance a long term partnership

To succeed, you will need:
Love spending a large amount of time on site in front of customers. Ie >60% of time spent at site.
Have worked for a mining company or experience with a customer focused role in a fast paced environment.
Knowledge of Minerals Processing circuits and equipment.
Have the ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously and experience working with cross organizational teams

Qualification in Metallurgy, Process or Mechanical Engineering will be highly regarded
2+ years minimum working on site within Metallurgist / Maintenance Planner role. Preferably expose to Grinding, Flotation, and Dewatering.
Ability to be both strategic and tactical. Able to see the big picture, plan and organize effectively
