SENIOR TREASURY OFFICER
Requirement :
Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance is required reputable university, with minimum GPA of 3.00
Minimum of 6-8 years experience in Finance / Accounting, with at least 6 years experience within the Treasury Department
Excellent on Cash Flow Management and having the abilities to manage financial risks of the corporation
Have excellent skill in operating MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel, and proficient to do computerized accounting.
Experience in MS Dynamics 2009 and Familiar in accounting software , MYOB is a plus
Fluent in both oral and written English.
Be in a team player, but able to work independently
Desirable candidates are: self-motivated, strong-willed, can manage and prioritize across many competing tasks, capable of driving consensus in team centric environment
Detail oriented, good in analytical skill, good business exposure, and good communication skill
Responsibilities :
Take hands-on lead position of Internal Treasury system maintenance. Ensure smoothness payment and collection in all means
Coordinates the printing, signing, sealing and distribution of expenses and accounts payable payment
Coordinate to record accounts receivable receipts with account receivable staff
Operates most standard office equipments and check processing equipments
Maintains and reconciles a cash box to insure the availability of cash and the appropriate recording of cash transactions.
Acts as custodian of the lockbox, insuring the safekeeping of signature plates, blank checks and other lockbox contents.
Maintains a detailed record of all cash transactions.
Maintains accounts payable and pay disbursement including check register.
Monitors and reconciles system accounts such as the imprest petty cash fund.
Obtains and maintains supporting documentation for checks above specified limits.
Gathers historical and current data on accounts.
Consolidates daily bank statements
Maintains receipts of all Sodexo bank reconciliations.
Maintaining a collaborative and supportive working environment among team members
Other Ad Hoc duties- as assigned time to time.
