We are a subsidiary of a Japanese joint venture company specialized in the trading of import and export of car audio , car navigation system and electronic control unit on vehicle for the domestic as well as for international markets. Due to our international expansion we are currently looking for Sales and Marketing Supervisor  at our office in Jakarta. This position has the following responsibilities and requirements :

SALES AND MARKETING SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities :

We are looking for an independent and self-motivated person, who has experience as Sales and Marketing Supervisor and and has a “ can – do “ mentality. You should work under strict targets ( Best Quality and on-time Delivery ) and synergizing your work with other related Departments are your day-to-day jobs.

Requirements :

Experience and expertise as Supervisor minimum 5 ( five ) years .
Good in English communication and writing is a must .
Male or Female , age maximum 35 years old.
Strata degree ( S1 ) with IPK ( index cumulative ) : 3.00
Able in monitoring, tracking and updating of sales order processing & maintenance of sales documentation and records .
Computer literate ( MS Office ) . and EBS oracle system is an advantage.
Excellent understanding & handling of sales enquiries in a professional and courteous manner .
Supervise update data to suppliers online portals, monitoring suppliers deliveries & outstanding POs and Invoices .
Good at maintaining records and files , trustworthy , reliable and energetic.
Have experience in Vehicle maker company and supplier company as advantage.
