General Requirements

Indonesian Citizen (WNI).
Maximum age of 35 years old.
    For D3 and above, have a GPA of at least 3.00.

Application should contains the below documents :

Application letter;
Legalized copy of academic diploma (enclosing a certificate of accreditation if it has not been stated in the diploma);
Legalized copy of academic transcript;
Copy of training certificate(s);
Valid STR or the letter of passed the competency test and STR still in process.
Curriculum Vitae (download here);
Copy of ID Card and Family Card (KK);
Legalized copy of working reference (if any);
Passport Photo 4×6 (2 sheets).
