Regional Account Manager- Indonesia
The Regional Account Manager leads and manages the commercial and strategic relationship between AXA Tech and a group of clients.
While this position works mostly at the CIO level within the Client’s organization, the individual has to also develop an effective relationship with potentially all of the Senior Executive Management of a given client, with a specific focus on Chief Operation Officers (COO) and Chief Financial Officers (CFO) and their respective organizations.
He/she leads the commercialization of services and projects for clients he/she’s in charge of, either for existing clients or with new ones. These clients can be located in different countries in ASIA.
In case of expanding AXA TECH ASIA client base, he/she leads the client onboarding, from the initial Due Diligence and Business Case up to the implementation of a mutually effective Governance framework aiming to not only sustain but also improve the future relationship between the client and AXA TECH.
While he/she represents the Voice of the client in AXA TECH, he/she is also accountable for preventing surprises coming out of the client’s organization such as late escalations and also negotiating with his/her counterparts on the client side.
The ideal candidate would be responsible for the following:
To lead and manage the Governance between AXA TECH and its clients.
To ensure that there is a permanent alignment between Service Quality, Project Delivery and Client Spending, leveraging all AXA TECH ASIA processes.
To ensure that there is a permanent Service Improvement Plan in AXA TECH for Clients he/she manages.
To prevent Complaints from clients, and to ensure a mutually satisfactory closure of Complaints when occur.
To lead the promotion of new services and report about Clients’ needs not yet covered by AXA TECH ASIA services.
To take part of the definition of new AXA TECH Services.
To promote decisions on the Client side in order to get the best possible value out of AXA TECH Services and Projects.
Develop and manage effective relationship with all stakeholders up to Senior Executive Management in the client and AXA TECH organizations.
Negotiate successfully with all Stakeholders in and out of AXA TECH.
Manage communication and promotion.
Define, document, promote mutually attractive value propositions for AXA TECH and its clients.
Understand, document and report Client’ Business priorities as well as challenges and potential today and future needs
While the Regional Account Manager is NOT responsible of the day-to-day operational delivery of services and projects by AXA Tech, he/she is the one Escalation Point in the event of a severe service or project disruption.
The successful candidate should possess:
Bachelor Degree in Business or Information systems Management
Min. 7 years related experience with major account management
Have detailed understanding and / or practical experience with project management or service delivery based on PMBOK and ITIL practice
A self-starter with strong proactive attitude
Strong in customer services oriented and relationship building skills
Excellent listening and communication skills
PMI and/or ITIL certification is a definite asset.
Proven ability to facilitate meeting with large IT audience with outstanding presentation skills
Proven experience in leading large IT infrastructure projects on time and within budget
