Maximum age of 27 years old.
Previous experience in the field of accounting/finance/taxation will be an advantage.

Requirements

Minimum S1 with marketing background (Management, Communication Studies).
Maximum age of 27 years old.
Good looking.
Strong knowledge of marketing mix, market research, and competitor analysis.
Possess excellent communication skill.
Have a wide networking.
Willing to be placed in all operation area of WIKA Realty.

Kepala Bagian Pengembangan & Pemasaran Property

Requirements

Minimum S1.
At least 3 years of experience in the field of property management (apartment, hotel, office, and commercial area) or property management consultant.
Strong understanding in the concepts of recurring income and asset management.
