General Manager for EPM
(Assignment: Jakarta)

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Mechanical, Civil Engineering from reputable university, preferably in Mechanical experiences.
Minimum 15 years of professional experience in the related field, out of which 5 years in senior managerial position with at least 5 years in a senior position in a construction contracting business.
Minimum 3 years international experience working with multinational EPC companies.
Strong knowledge and good understanding of commercial and industrial construction, engineering and design.
Professional detailed knowledge of construction in large projects.
Proven track record in running large remote construction projects.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to manage all aspects of business commercially and contractually with clients.
Able to mentor and develop EPM team members.
Conduct detailed project reviews to ensure projects are on track from a budget and schedule perspective.

QA/QC Coordinator
(Assignment: Papua)

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1), preferably majoring in Engineering.
Minimum 4 years of experience in maintenance / equipment.
Strong knowledge on Quality Management Tools (e.g. TQM, QCC, SPC, Balance Scorecard, etc.) and disseminate through Project Quality Management System.
Able to work in flexible hours to accommodate job requirements (required to work overtime on a regular basis).
In the case of small to medium sized projects, the Senior QA/QC Engineer shall be required to act as the Quality Manager.

Quantity Surveyor
(Assignment: Papua)

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Engineering, preferably majoring in Civil Engineering
Minimum 3 years of experience as a quantity surveyor or related with commercial/project cost controller/cost planner
Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.
Willing to work flexible hours to suit Project requirements
Strong communication, negotiation and budget handling skills
Willing to be placed in all project sites.

Statutory Reporting Coordinator
(Assignment: Jakarta)

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Accounting or Finance from reputable university.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the field of finance and accounting.
Technical skills in Excel and Word or comparable spreadsheet & accounts packages (minimum intermediate level).
Able to effectively communicate with all levels of staff in organization.
Demonstrated good command in English, both verbal and written.
Detail oriented and strong analytical skills.
Relevant accounting software experience (eg. Sun System, Crystal Report, etc).
Possess certification Brevet Tax A/B is an advantage.

Tax Officer
(Assignment: Jakarta)

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor degree (D3/S1) majoring in Economy, or other related major.
Previous experience as consultant, experience and knowledge on indsutry is preferable.
Strong knowledge and always keep current with new tax laws and regulations.
Minimum 3 years of experience on taxation area.
Attention to detail.
Demonstrated good command in English, both verbal and written.
Good computer literacy, especially in Excel spread sheet program.
