Maximum age of 25 years old (born after 31 October 1990).
Study program accreditation A.
Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 grade scale.
Minimum TOEFL score of 475 (or related score for IELTS, TOEFL IBT, and TOEIC).
Drug-free.
Not color blind.
Not tied to offices in other agencies.
