Staf SDM (SDM)
Requirements
Minimum S1 in Psychology.
Maximum age of 28 years old.
Able to perform psychological test administration, absenteeism, overtime, etc.
Staf IT (IT)
Requirements
Minimum S1 in Informatics/Computer.
Maximum age of 28 years old.
Able to perform network troubleshooting and installation of software and hardware.
Minimum 1 year of experience in the related field.
Staf Legal (LGL)
Requirements
Minimum S1 in Law.
Maximum age of 32 years old.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a legal staff at banking/financial institutions.
Analis Pembiayaan Unit (APU)
Requirements
Minimum D3 in all majors.
Maximum age of 32 years old.
Minimum 2 years of experience as credit analyst at micro finance intitutions/financial institutions.
Marketing Unit (MKU)
Requirements
Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
Maximum age of 30 years old.
Minimum 1 year of experience as sales at consumer goods/automotive/pharmaceutical company.
Kolektor Unit (KLU)
Requirements
Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
Maximum age of 30 years old.
Minimum 2 years of experience as collector at Banking/micro finance institutions.
Operasional Unit (OPU)
Requirements
Minimum D1 Accounting/Finance.
Maximum age of 28 years old.
Minimum 1 year of experience as staff (finance/credit) at banking/financial institutions.
Kasir Unit (KSU)
Requirements
Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
Maximum age of 22 years old.
Minimum 1 year of experience as cashier/teller at at banking/financial institutions.
