• Bachelor degree who passed in October / November / Desember 2015, or

• Min GPA Score 3.30 out of 4.00

– Operation: Chemical Enginereering, Food Techonoly, Electrical and Mechanical Enggineering
– Sales, Marketing & Distribution: Economic and Business Administration
– Finance & Accounting: Accounting and Management
– HR & GA: Psychology and Law
• Have a high interest in the chosen field
• Displays communication skills and high leadership
• Activite in organization/ non-academic activities
• Willing to be placed throughout Units / Branches
