Specific requirements for supervisor level (1, 2, 3, 4)

Male or Female.
Not older than 35 years (2, 3, 4) or 40 years (1) of age.
Background in Bachelor Degree (S1) in all disciplines.
Minimum 3 years of experience in same position in the field of finance/financing, such as BPR/BPR Syariah, banking, leasing, financial institution, and saving and loan cooperative (KSP).
Strong knowledge of collection and litigation (3), financial analysis (4).
Open promotion opportunities for candidates with minimum 3 years of experience as Sales / Collection / Analyst (2, 3, 4).
Open promotion opportunities for candidates with minimum 2 years of experience as Unit Head (1).
In depth knowledge of micro banking business, financing analysis and collateral valuation.
Strong leadership and managerial skills as well as financing decisions (1, 2).

Specific requirements for staff level (5, 6, 7)

Male or Female.
Not older than 30 years of age.
Background in Diploma Degree (D3) in all disciplines.
Minimum 1 year of experience in same position in the field of finance/financing, such as BPR/BPR Syariah, banking, leasing, financial institution, and saving and loan cooperative/KSP (6, 7).
Strong knowledge of collection (6).
Have a basic knowledge of micro banking business.
Love a challenge and able to work with the target (7).
Good looking, confident, and strong communication skills (7).
