Customer Service Officer
Requirements
Age 20 to 27 years old.
Minimum 3 years of experience as Customer Service Bank. Previous experience as Customer Service Bakti BCA will be highly prioritized.
Communicative and good ability to persuade.
Good looking.
Spry, attractive, enthusiastic, friendly, and conscientious.
Proficient in Microsoft Office application and fluent in English.
Good knowledge of sharia banking products.
Good knowledge of anti-money laundering and combating the financing of terrorism for commercial banks.

Requirements
Maximum age of 40 years old.
Minimum S1, preferably majoring in Psychology, Law or Information Technology.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of Industrial Relation/system procedures at banking industry.
Experienced in Banking.
Strong knowledge of IT system and application related to Human Resources (HR).
Able to think logically, critically and analytically.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to create and observe policies related to human resources.
