Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from a reputable university majoring in Accounting with min. GPA of 3, Master Degree is an advantage.
Good technical knowledge in general accounting.
Detailed, accurate, and on time in work output and has initiative.
Working experience as research  is an advantage.
A positive thinker with multi-tasking abilities and a sense of responsibility.
Well organized, able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
Able to work independently, pleasant and mature personality with good interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (Pernyataan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan – PSAK) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Fluent in both oral and written English. Experiences in report or research writing in English are essentials.
Well-developed technical knowledge and analytical and research skills to prepare papers on a range of technical subjects.
Strong personality and able to work as a team and independently, positive attitude, excellent communication skill, self-motivated, hard worker & good coordination skill.
