CIPTA College of OXFORD located at Komp. Cipta Puri, Batam belongs to parent company Cipta Group that was founded in 1995. Consisting of PT. Ciptatama Dimensi Prima and PT. Ciptatama Griya Prima, Cipta Group have been engaging in contracting and housing development works, from constructing hotels (Harris Hotel, Holiday Inn and etc) and factories (PT. Sat Nusa Persada, PT.TPCO Pan Asia Kabil and etc.) to simple and as well as luxury real estate. And Cipta Group also owns the De-Vin Hotel which has 120 rooms located at Ks Batu Aji, Batam.
CIPTA OXFORD will start the operation on January 2015 and fisrt batch of students will start studying on July 2015. We provide students with our campus and it facilities, as well as our wide range of courses partnership with international education institutions to meet your educational needs. We aimed at educating and preparing our students not only vocationally but also academically and socially for furthering their education aspirations and deciding on the career of their choice.

Most of our courses have been designed to incorporate on-the-job training through Industrial Attachment, where students will have opportunities to put theoretical knowledge into practice in real situations.

Requirements:
HR knowledge, with the ability to deliver high employee satisfaction and appropriate development.
Accounting knowledge, with bookkeeping, pretty cash, invoicing and computer knowledge.
Examples of adding value as both an individual contributor and active team member
Experience of dealing with senior and sometimes challenging individuals
Ability to build rapport quickly with key members of the executive team.
Ability to represent the Human Resource function as part of the bigger business picture
Confident directing HR and advising managers on all aspects of people management and development
Understanding of employment law
