East Bali Cashews is the first large-scale cashew processing facility in Bali and one of the first village based facilities in Southeast Asia. We produce delicious, high quality cashews while providing employment, professional development for the surrounding community in Karangasem. As a Finance Manager, you will work with the team to ensure that all finance and accounting activities are running effective and efficiently. With its fast paced nature we have to be clear to all concerned – decisions are made quickly and you will be expected to be able to turn your attention to a variety of business matters whilst focusing on the big picture.
While accounting experience is a pre-requisite, emphasis will also be placed on the candidate’s business management / commercial acumen and ability to learn/grow with and be part of a dynamic team.
FINANCE MANAGER
The Finance Manager will need:
At least three years financial accounting experience Financial reporting – IFRS
Risk management, control environment and compliance
Indonesian Tax compliance
Cash-planning, budgeting
Degree in Accounting or Finance min. S1
Strong financial/audit analysis and interpretation skills
Training staff skills
Management of all daily accounting and finance functions for the company
Proactive, self-starter with strong commercial acumen
Able to collaborate across the business and a be strong team player
Be flexible and have initiative and ability to pick up new systems and process quickly
High standards of professionalism, ethics and integrity
Solid excel skills
Have good English and communication skills
Other value-add based projects as required
