We are looking for someone with solid Financial Management experience in a electronic industry company or related environment. You will be in charge of the finance department of Our client is big company a leading manufacturer of electronic part – components and modules for automotive, information technology, industrial and consumer electronics is expanding its production facility in Batam area.

Responsibilities:

– In charge and responsible for the daily processing of financial data such as but not limited to assets, liabilities, expenses, revenues, etc.;

– Review, develop and implement work procedures, internal control programs, systems and policies to ensure proper management of the company’s financial interests;

– Liaise with internal and external auditors and tax agents/consultants on the financial situation of the company to ensure proper management of risks, a solid financial structure and compliance with all related tax laws and regulations;

– Monitor and manage account receivables, account payables, stock inventory and other financial data by reviewing monthly management reports and analyses;

– Review capital expenditure and work out and improve budgeting and forecasting systems to ensure that the company is in control of its financial situation and that management has accurate financial data to support crucial decision making.

Requirements:

– Indonesian citizen residing in Riau Islands province – preferably in Batam area;

– At least 3 years of experience in Financial Management in a shipyard or related environment;

– Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Finance, Accountancy, Economics, Banking or any other related field;

– Around 2 years of experience in Managerial roles – preferably finance related;

– Good understanding of the SAP system for finance departement;

– Good communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English both oral and written;

– Able to speak mandarin has an advantage.
