FINANCE & ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR

(WEST JAKARTA AREA)

Requirements :

Male / Female, max. 35 years old
Minimal Diploma 3 in related field
At least 2 year of working experience in Finance & Accounting Supervisor
Required skill(s): Accounting (general ledger, cash flow, account payable, account receivable, bank reconciliation, balance sheet) and understanding tax company standard
Have certified Tax Brevet A/B is preferable
Able to communicate in English, both oral and written is a must
Strong organization, tracking, follow-up and analytical skills with the ability to collect, access and report factual data and present logical conclusions
Self motivated, good personality, good communication skill
Problem solver with high team spirit to work with other staff
Must have SIM A/C and own motorcycle is preferable
Able to work independently or as a team and willing to learn and ready to work with time deadline
Basic salary and interesting commision will be provided to the right candidate

Job Description :

Prepare operational and statutory payments
Carry-out creditors and debtors management activities
Conduct required verification and take required follow-up actions by monitor and update daily inventory movements and balances
Prepare required reports accurately as scheduled
Introduce cost initiative
Provide required data and figures on schedule to other departments
Assisting in preparation of monthly financial statements and analysis, and to ensure inter-Company transactions are recorded properly
Check vendors’ invoices and record for payments
Work with other internal staff to ensure that all costs are properly booked
Manage and report all Petty Cash related transactions
File documents systematically
Handle preparing all necessary reports and schedule for statutory tax reporting company
