FINANCE / ACCOUNTING STAFF

Qualification:

Male/Female – Preferably Single
Max 30 years old
D3/S1, Graduated from a reputable university majoring Accounting
Honest and Trustworthy
Having experience in a same capacity min 1 year in Accounting or Tax
Independent, proactive, hardworking person, pressure persistent, able to thrive in fast-paced and good communication skill
Well organized, discipline, trustworthy & eyes on details
Proven ability to write & speak in English
Honest and Trustworthy
Familiar with Microsoft office and Internet

Job Description

Manage overall Finance, Accounting and Tax related activities
Prepare Financial Report and Tax Report
Monthly profit and loss and budget controlling
Controlling expenditure and cash flow
Undertaking financial administration
Examining financial records and statements and checking them for accuracy
Ensure accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses.
Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions.
Prepare billing invoices and accounting to vendors and clients.
Familiar with Taxation ( PPn, PPh and SPT)
