We are looking for someone to supervise the work of department staff and ensure that all critical daily and monthly accounting functions are completed accurately and Reporting to Finance Manager with 2 years experience in Accounting to fill in the position Accounts Receivable Officer.Our client is an ambitious marine and oil & gas company in Batam.
Responsibilities:
– Generate and send out invoices including preparation of SOA;
– To investigate and resolve customer billing queries;
– Prepare weekly AR Aging report;
– Follow up with customers for non-payment and delayed payment;
– Assist in Account Receivables reconciliation;
– Update new PO details to the detail billing file and close out project billing upon project completion;
– Maintain monthly sales report listing and updating actual sales to forecast sales report.
Requirements:
– Living in Riau Islands province, preferably in Batam;
– Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Economics, Finance & Accounting or related field;
– At least 2 years of experience in daily general ledger accounting management;
– Perform any duties as instructed;
– Good communication skills – fluent in English both oral and written;
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience.
