Accounting Supervisor

Job Summary

Perform professional accounting work involving compilation, consolidation and analysis financial data. May include any or all of the following: ledger and preparation of journal entries, fixed asset or inventory accounting, preparation of trial balance or financial statement, cost accounting, bank account reconciliation.

Job Responsibilities

Analyze a variety of reasonably standard, periodic intermediate or end products such as cost reports, trial balances, balance sheets, profit-and-loss statements or statements of sourcing and application of funds; or contributes significantly to portions thereof in a team effort towards the same end
Responsible for accurate entry on ledgers and accounting system in compliance to Indonesia and corporate accounting standards.
Ensure that monthly book closing and annual book closing have been performed correctly and on timely basis based on the timelines determined by Corporate.
Ensure the fixed Asstes have been recorded properly and control the movements of fixed assets liase with the logistic staff.
Ensure that issuance of wittholding tax certificates and Tax Invoices conducted by AR Accountant are fullfilling tax regulations ,conducted correctly and on timely basis.
Ensure that all payments have been reviewed correctly before proceed and the withholding taxes or VAT have been implemented properly before proceed the payment.
Ensure that VAT payments ,VAT monthly reports and VAT report submission are conducted properly and on timely basis and also to ensure all withholding income taxes monthly reports and VAT report submission

Requirements

Bachelor degree in Accounting/ Finance from reputable university
Tax certified (Brevet A and B)
Minimum of 5 years of working experiences in the related field
Must be knowledge in PSAK, IFRS and tax procedure and reporting
Familiar with accounting system
Possess good analytical and communication skill
Proficient in MS office and possess a good verbal and written English skill
Willing to start immediately
