Today, we manage leasable office, warehouse, industrial and residential spaces aggregated at around 8 million square feet.

In 2012, our Group embarked on a new business niche in converting the space resources into serviced offices to create a unique and conducive environment with business solutions to support our business clients.

We are expanding our operations in Jakarta, Indonesia and seek enthusiastic talents to join us as:

Accountant

Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly financial statements and supporting documents.
Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statement.
Prepare monthly VAT and withholding tax returns.
Prepare financial budgets and project costing.
Prepare annual Corporate Tax computation.
Ensure compliance of local statutory requirements.
Liaise with auditors, bankers and tax consultants.
Work closely with Head Office finance staff.

Requirements:

Degree in Accountancy or completed ACCA level 3, with minimum 3 years experience in similar capacity.
Experience and knowledge in Accpac preferred.
Team player with strong communication and supervisory skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines.
Ability to speak good English.
