Job Description :

Responsible for manage and control of accounting, finance and tax.
Leads the monthly, quarterly and annual required financial reporting for the business unit.
Communicates that information and data of the financial results versus plan or forecast to controls group and corporate financial management.
Leads and reviews timely and accurate business unit reporting as it relates to the internal and external government, tax and public auditing activities.
Leads and directs preparation of financial statements and reporting of timely and accurate with GAAP & IFRS, company policies, and implements internal control procedures to ensure proper transaction recording.
Reviews account reconciliations for accuracy.
Manages proper accounting of multi-national business or Japanese company and synchronize accounting report system with domestic and foreign subsidiaries and joint ventures.

Requirements

Female/Male Age 30 – 45 years old
Fluent in English for business
Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Accountancy or Finance required MBA/CPA/CMA with previous experience in a multi-national business strongly preferred.
Mandatory (CA, CPA, Brevet       A/ B / C Tax Consultant, etc. certificate holder)
Having wide knowledge of GAAP and IFRS
Minimum of ten years experience as Accountant Supervisor or Manager level in Public Accounting Firm, general accounting for Japanese company or manufacturing accounting are advanced
Ability to lead and supervise small-medium teams and different projects at the same time
Knowledge of and experience with computerized financial systems, including Excel, Windows software, HFM, SAP, Oracle, and PC based general ledger and related software.
Demonstrated extensive financial and operational planning and analysis experience including budget modeling.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, strong interpersonal skills, analytical and communication skills.
Willing to work in Industrial Area at Bogor.
