ACCOUNT Executive / MARKETING Associate / SALES Executive (code: AE)
(Location: SUDIRMAN – Jakarta)
Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for SELLING & PROMOTING all of TRAINING Programs & Services to the Existing Clients, as well as Prospecting & Offering to other New Clients that can drive new revenues for the company.
DEVELOP & MANAGE a STRONG Relationships with the Senior Executives of the Client’s companies that can drive RECURRING REVENUES through the sale of the TRAINING Programs & Services within multiple industry to surpass the assigned Sales Quota.
ABLE to DEMONSTRATE a CLEAR LINK between the NEEDS of our Existing & New Clients, and Our Company’s CAPABILITIES/busineess outcomes, especially to all involved parties at the client side respectively eg: the Decision-Maker, Influencer, users etc, as well as CONVERTING the “LINK” to become a REAL BUSINESS and REVENUE for the company.
Assisting in the company’s marketing events.
Requirements:
NOT A JOB-HOPPER.
Male / Female with ATTRACTIVE LOOK, max. 30 years old.
Min. SMU/SMK or equivalent. D3/S1/S2/MBA degree is a PLUS.
PROVEN previous experience in selling TRAINING Programs to Corporate (B2B) market.
A highly motivated, committed & consultative sales-person who also demonstrating a commitment to help others succeed through an ability to listen and understand the client’s point of view.
Demonstrated experience selling via the telephone, web, and other technologies (eg: Email, Internet, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM & Social Media etc).
Have a wide networks & connections, preferably from Business Networks & Social Media Networks.
A proven successful track record of consistently reaching or surpassing sales quotas.
Superb written, organizational, presentation, time management skills.
Competent selling to Senior Managers (Directors) in organizations.
Preferably sales-person who own motorbike or car.
