ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE FOR VOUCHER (JAKARTA AREA)
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Your main responsibilities will be to generate and increase feature partners and to reach and exceed company targets.
Creatively identify new businesses and activities to be featured, continually expanding the range of offers for our subscribers
Present Groupon as the unique captivating and leading opportunity for businesses to acquire new customers
Proactively source, pitch and close deals that feature on www.groupon.co.id
Construct and negotiate offers that meet expectations of business partners and Groupon , while being attractive for the consumer
Consistently multi-task between new business acquisition and account management
Achieve and exceed on weekly and monthly sales targets
Understand the Groupon business model and apply an intelligent, consultative sales pitch
Establish strong internal relationships to ensure a seamless experience for our Clients.
Deal quality to ensure customer satisfaction (CSAT) and merchant satisfaction (MSAT) levels.
Conduct a high volume of calls daily
The ideal candidate:
2-3 years’ experience in selling to various types of businesses, local merchants preferred but not essential.
Demonstrated experience in canvassing and cold-calling with evidence of consistent and current success
Knowledge and experience of solution sales from within the Media/Advertising Sales, Marketing Sales, Online or Ecommerce, Recruitment, MICE, Hospitality, Finance Services and/or any B2B Sales role is desirable
Must possess a consultative approach to sales as well as a pioneering attitude towards account acquisition
A Positive attitude, a consultative approach, tenacity, resilience and self-motivation are all essential to be successful in the role
