ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE ARCHITECTURE

Qualifications:

Male or Female, aged is not over 35 years old.
Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Architecture, Business, Marketing or other related fields.
1-3 years’ experience in field sales.
Good personality, interpersonal skills and excellence communication skills.
Positive attitude and fast learning
Good command of English and computer literacy
Have driving license (If have own car would be a plus)
Ability to work independently as well as part of a sales team and to deliver results under pressure with a high level of responsibility

Job Description:

Find new customer’s name and use CRM for customer data for data extension
Assess customers’ potential for selling plan preparation and registering customers’ info in solidworks Topline carefully
Reserve the company’s benefits by regularly updating topline
Prepare product presentation together with making product selling handout in front of the customers, in accordance with company’s rules and regulation
Preparing presentation to match the customers’ demand and be able to present and explain core products of the company with good understanding
Describe service request such as Training / Hotline / Online Service and so on, to the bought products smoothly.
Collect contenders information and market movement
Follow the manager’s assignment
